Chapter 7 (flat fee) $1,900

Start for $89. File for $700 with a cosigner. Flat fee plus $338 filing + $89 diligence.

Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases usually proceed on a flat fee basis. Our fee is $1,900. Filing your case for $700 is possible if you have a cosigner who agrees to pay the remainder of your fees after filing. Otherwise, the total fee is due immediately before filing the bankruptcy petition, and payment plans can be arranged in some situations. All costs are included except the Bankruptcy Court filing fee of $338 and a due diligence fee of $89.

Chapter 13 (plan-paid) $2,850–$4,950

$0-down possible. Most attorney fees are paid in plan + $313 filing + $89 diligence.

Many Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases can be filed for $0 (no money down) when fees are paid through the Chapter 13 plan (3 to 5 years). Typical total fees range between $2,850 and $4,950 depending on complexity. All costs are included except the Bankruptcy Court filing fee of $313 and a due diligence fee of $89.

Student Loans (contingency basis) 35% before cap

$0-down possible for federal student loan adversary proceedings.

Reduce or eliminate your student loan balances by filing an adversary proceeding inside Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy. $0-down possible for federal student APs. Low down payment options for private student loan APs. 35% contingency fee for attorney's fees based on value of student loan debt reduction or discharge; with a cap limiting the total contingency fee due. Hybrid and hourly rate options are also available.

Subchapter V / Chapter 11 $9,500–$25,000 retainer

Hourly business reorganizations; no personal guarantees required.

Chapter 11 business reorganizations are billed hourly. The typical retainer ranges from $9,500 to $25,000 for an individual or small business filing under Subchapter V of Chapter 11, depending on the specifics of the case and its complexity. We do not require personal guarantees to cover the business entity's payments to our firm.

Other matters Atty: $375–$600/hr · Para: $145–$235/hr

Typical Adversary Proceeding retainer: $2,470.
